Stay in the heart of downtown Chattanooga, where some of the city's best-known attractions, riverfront scenery, restaurants, cafés and cultural spots are close enough to explore on foot. Start the morning with coffee, wander toward the river, spend the afternoon exploring, and head out for dinner without building the whole day around the car. WALK TO THE WATERFRONT The Tennessee Aquarium and Chattanooga Riverwalk are within walking distance of the loft, putting the riverfront within easy reach. The Riverwalk stretches along the Tennessee River and is a great way to experience another side of downtown. Whether you're heading to the Aquarium or simply taking a walk along the water, the river can easily become part of your day here. ART, CULTURE & DOWNTOWN CHARACTER Walk to the Bluff View Art District, Hunter Museum of American Art and Walnut Street Bridge, along with other downtown attractions. Chattanooga's mix of historic architecture, public art and riverfront scenery makes exploring on foot part of the experience rather than simply a way to get around. COFFEE, DINNER & DRINKS CLOSE BY Downtown puts you within walking distance of restaurants, cafés and nightlife, whether you're looking for morning coffee, an easy lunch, dinner out or somewhere to stop for a drink. Nearby favorites include Main Street Meats, Community Pie, Public House, Bridgeman's Chophouse and Calliope. One of the best parts of staying downtown is being able to decide where to eat after you're already out exploring. WHEN YOU'RE READY FOR THE MOUNTAINS Downtown makes a convenient starting point for Chattanooga's outdoor attractions too. Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls and Rock City are about 15 minutes away by car, making it easy to combine a downtown stay with a day in the mountains. Spend one day exploring Chattanooga on foot and the next above it. GETTING AROUND For downtown plans, walking can often be the easiest option. The Aquarium, Riverwalk, Bluff View and numerous restaurants and cafés are all within walking distance, while a car is useful for destinations such as Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls and Rock City. Current parking note: Our normally reserved parking space is temporarily inaccessible due to a City of Chattanooga infrastructure project. Guests can use the nearby parking deck during this time, and we reimburse parking costs in full. Detailed parking instructions are provided before arrival. Once you're here, downtown Chattanooga is yours to explore.

Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the entire condo — both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living area, kitchen and dining space — so you can use every in-unit amenity during your stay. Keyless self check-in via the smart lock lets you arrive on your own schedule. Guests may also use the building's available common areas, including the lobby and hallways. Please note: The condo is on the 2nd floor, one flight of stairs from the entrance. The building elevator is currently out of service, so guests will need to use the stairs. Please consider this when planning for luggage or mobility needs.

LIVING ROOM — HISTORIC LOFT CHARACTER, MADE FOR HANGING OUT Settle into the heart of the loft, where exposed brick and weathered architectural details meet a warm, colorful space designed for actually spending time together. The open living area seats the group comfortably and includes a sofa bed for two, 60-inch Roku Smart TV, board games, and a working turntable with a curated vinyl collection. Local artwork and Chattanooga-inspired details give the room a sense of place. Put on a record, pour a drink, and unwind together after a day exploring downtown. KITCHEN & DINING — FULLY EQUIPPED FOR MEALS AT HOME The open kitchen and dining area keeps cooking, eating, and conversation together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/range, compact dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking essentials, plus gourmet coffee pods, pre-measured coffee, and a filtered water pitcher. The expandable dining table seats up to six, making it equally useful for breakfast before the Aquarium, dinner at home, or takeout after a day downtown. With the kitchen opening directly into the living area, the group can stay together even when dinner is on the stove. PRIMARY BEDROOM — QUEEN BED, PRIVATE ENSUITE & WORKSPACE The primary bedroom combines a comfortable queen bed with the privacy of its own full ensuite bathroom and a dedicated workspace. Blackout curtains, a ceiling fan and bedside lighting help with winding down, while the full-size desk and ergonomic chair pair with the loft’s 1032 Mbps gigabit Wi-Fi for guests working remotely. Close the curtains, settle in, and recharge before another day in Chattanooga. PRIVATE ENSUITE The ensuite features a shower with rainfall showerhead, fresh towels and provided toiletries, giving the primary bedroom its own self-contained setup. No coordinating bathroom schedules required — your shower is right inside the suite. BEDROOM 2 — QUEEN BED & LOFT CHARACTER The second bedroom gives another couple or family member a proper bedroom of their own, with a queen bed, blackout curtains, ceiling fan and TV. The dedicated get-ready station provides its own lighting, while the green headboard, bold wallpaper and curated artwork carry the loft’s historic-meets-modern character into the room. The second full bathroom is nearby, making the two-bedroom, two-bath layout especially convenient for families and groups traveling together. Everyone gets a real bedroom and their own space to settle in. SECOND FULL BATHROOM — ROOM TO GET READY A second full bathroom gives everyone more breathing room when traveling as a family or group. It features a large shower, fresh towels and provided toiletries. Combined with the primary bedroom’s private ensuite, two full bathrooms make mornings considerably easier. Less waiting, more time out enjoying the city. LAUNDRY — PACK A LITTLE LIGHTER An in-unit stacked washer and dryer is located in the hallway, with laundry pods and dryer sheets provided. An iron and ironing board are also available in the back bedroom closet. Useful after a long day outside — or when you simply don't want to pack for every day of the trip. THE RECHARGE — A LITTLE ROOM TO RESET Yoga mats, hand weights and exercise bands are available for morning stretches, pre-hike warm-ups or winding down after a day exploring Chattanooga. A few simple extras for keeping your routine going while you're away. DOWNTOWN CHATTANOOGA — WALK OUT & EXPLORE Stay in the heart of downtown Chattanooga with the city and riverfront within easy reach on foot. Walk to the Tennessee Aquarium, Riverwalk, Bluff View Art District, restaurants, cafés and downtown attractions, then head about 15 minutes by car to Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls and Rock City. Morning coffee, a walk along the river, an afternoon at the Aquarium, dinner downtown — then back to the loft for a record and a night in.

Other Details to Note

→ Elevator: The building elevator is currently out of service while awaiting City of Chattanooga inspections and permitting. The condo is on the 2nd floor, one flight of stairs from the entrance, so guests will need to use the stairs. Please plan accordingly for luggage or mobility needs. → Parking: The reserved parking space normally provided with the condo is temporarily inaccessible due to a City of Chattanooga infrastructure project. During this time, guests can use the nearby parking deck, and we will reimburse parking costs in full. Parking instructions are provided before arrival. → Historic building renovation: The building is undergoing an active historic renovation, so occasional daytime activity in common areas is possible. → Noise monitor: An in-unit noise monitor detects volume levels only. It does not record audio or video and is used to help keep noise reasonable for neighbors. → Exterior security cameras: Cameras monitor building common areas for safety and do not record inside the condo. → Pets: Pets are welcome, and an in-unit pet area includes a dog bed, dishes and toys. Please follow the pet rules and let us know ahead of time if you're bringing a pet. → Families: A Pack-and-Play and high chair are available in the back bedroom closet. → Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, and the primary guest must be 25 or older to book. → Check-in & checkout: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM. The neighborhood is very walkable - the Aquarium sits roughly a 10-minute walk away, the Riverwalk begins just a few blocks off with 16 miles of paved trail along the Tennessee River, and most restaurants and nightlife are within easy walking distance. You’ll have one reserved parking space included; additional street and garage parking are nearby (free after 6 PM on weekdays and free all day on weekends). Dining & Cafés Walk to Main Street Meats, Community Pie, Public House, Bridgeman’s Chophouse, and Calliope, or hop in a rideshare for a quick trip. The Bluff View Art District offers galleries and river-view cafés for a quieter morning.
