This condo is located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga, within walking distance of the Tennessee Aquarium, the Riverwalk, Bluff View Art District, the Walnut Street Bridge, and the Hunter Museum of American Art. The Tennessee Aquarium is a 10-minute walk. The Riverwalk offers 16 miles of paved trail along the Tennessee River starting just blocks away. Bluff View Art District, with its galleries, coffee, and river views, is also a 10-minute walk. Main Street Meats, Community Pie, Public House, Bridgeman's Chophouse, and Calliope are all within walking distance or a short rideshare from the building. The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and the Chattanooga Convention Center are both nearby, making this a practical base for campus visits, conferences, and business stays. Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls, and Rock City are 15 minutes away by car. This is an active downtown area with normal city energy, especially on weekends and during events at the Convention Center.

Street parking on 7th St, Walnut St, and Cherry St accepts credit cards and the ParkMobile app. A public parking garage is also located next door with access from Cherry St and Walnut St at $8 per day Monday through Friday. Street and garage parking are free after 6 PM on weekdays and free all day on weekends. Pets are welcome with prior approval. Maximum one pet. Please keep pets off the furniture. Lewis' place is a standout! The apartment is in a luxury condo tower in downtown Chattanooga is really amazing, close to so many activities, and was completely perfect for our weekend exploring the unique, diverse, and growing city! The apartment is spacious and very well-appointed - it truly felt like we were in our own luxury condo (well, we were). Pet-friendly means some things, but I breathed a sign of relief with the flooring especially - and the eating space for the dogs is even decorated! Truly one of the top 3 AirBnB experiences I have had...so relaxing, so near everything, and so nice! And our host checked in with us via message a couple of times which made things even nicer. Thank you SO much, Lewis - you really know what you are doing and how to make guests feel special!

Amazing stay! What a beautiful condo stocked with anything you would need for a stay (more than most other units I’ve rented). Also loved how secure the building is. Free parking spot is a plus but we didn’t move the car because we were a short 15 minute walk to the waterfront and lots of restaurant choices. Great location if doing a triathlon here. Lewis was very responsive and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, newly remodeled apartment in city center. Kitchen well appointed with everything you could think of to cook meal for our family and friends. Beds were very comfortable. It was great to have an assigned parking spot so close to apartment (could see car from living room window). Thoughtful attention to detail with relaxation station, music station, and even a thoughtful doggie station for guest with a dog. Will definitely stay again when in Chattanooga area.

We loved staying here! The condo is beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable. It was conveniently located in the heart of downtown. There were some fun local welcome treats, dog bowls if you have a pet, the coffee was good, and a fun “Refresher” station with gel eye masks. Lewis was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again.

This location is highly walkable. The Tennessee Aquarium, Riverwalk, Bluff View Art District, Walnut Street Bridge, and most downtown dining are all reachable on foot from the building. One reserved parking space is included with your stay. Park on arrival and leave it until you need it. Chattanooga operates a free electric Downtown Shuttle (Downtowner) connecting the Chattanooga Choo Choo to the Tennessee Aquarium with stops throughout downtown. An easy option for getting around the core without driving or paying for parking. Bike Chattanooga is a city-wide bike share program with docking stations throughout downtown and the North Shore. A great option for exploring the Riverwalk and crossing the Walnut Street Bridge. Rideshare services including Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area. For guests planning to visit Lookout Mountain, Ruby Falls, or other destinations outside downtown, having a vehicle is recommended.
