This condo is in the heart of downtown Chattanooga, close to many of the city’s top attractions and everyday conveniences. You are near the Tennessee Aquarium and riverfront, with restaurants, coffee shops, and entertainment throughout downtown. The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and the Chattanooga Convention Center are also nearby, making this a convenient base for weekend visits, campus trips, and business stays.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire condo during their stay, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, kitchen, and dining space. Free garage parking is also included in the adjacent parking structure. Guests may use common areas of the building such as the lobby, hallways, and elevators.

Guests should expect normal city sounds and occasional daytime activity in common areas.

Detailed parking instructions will be provided before check-in. Self check-in is provided via keypad entry on the condo door. Guests will receive access instructions prior to arrival. The current photos reflect the condo prior to remodeling. The unit is being renovated to improve finishes, furnishings, and overall design. Updated professional photos will be uploaded as soon as the remodel is complete. Guests booking during this period can expect the finished space to meet or exceed the quality shown. Street parking is available on 7th St, Walnut St, and Cherry St. Meters accept credit cards or the ParkMobile app. A public parking garage is located next door with access from Cherry St and Walnut St. Guests can park on either level and walk to the building in about 1–2 minutes. The daily rate is $8 Monday–Friday. Street and garage parking are free after 6 PM on weekdays and free all day on Saturdays and Sundays.

Downtown Chattanooga is very walkable, and many attractions, dining spots, and event venues are easy to reach on foot from the condo. For longer trips around downtown, CARTA’s free Downtown Shuttle runs between the Chattanooga Choo Choo and the Tennessee Aquarium with stops along the way. Guests can also use rideshare services, drive, or bike to get around the city.
