Normal urban sounds such as traffic, pedestrians, and nearby venues may be audible, especially on weekend evenings. White noise devices are provided in the bedroom and living area. A noise monitor (Minut device) is present. It detects volume levels only and does not record audio or video. This is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Quiet hours must be respected. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults at all times. One covered garage parking space is included. No additional vehicles can be accommodated. Check-out is 10:00 AM to allow adequate cleaning time for incoming guests. Self check-in instructions are provided prior to arrival. This property is best suited for guests who value walkability, comfort, and a secure downtown location.
