You’ll have private access to the entire condo throughout your stay, including the private balcony. Arrival is simple with keypad self check-in. The condo is located on the third floor with elevator access, and your stay includes one assigned covered garage parking space for one vehicle. This condo is located in a residential building in downtown Asheville. While the condo is designed to be a comfortable place to unwind, normal downtown sounds may occasionally be heard, particularly on weekend evenings. White-noise devices are provided for added comfort. PARKING Your reservation includes one assigned covered garage parking space for one vehicle. NOISE MONITORING A noise-monitoring device is used to help maintain appropriate volume levels within the building. It measures sound levels only and does not record audio or video. HOUSE GUIDELINES This is not a party property, and we ask guests to be respectful of our residential neighbors. The primary guest must be 25 or older. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM.

This location is highly walkable. Most restaurants, breweries, and event venues are within a short walk of the building. Rideshare services including Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.
